Tony Stolar (司徒乐) has over 25 years of experience operating his own business in Immigration.

Tony is the Principal of Stolar Law Pty Ltd. He specialises in the areas of Administrative Law, International Business Law, Migration, Foreign Investors in the Australian Market and Hearing and Tribunal matters, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Family Law, Wills and Estates, Commercial Transactions, Company law and Alternative Disputes Resolution.

Jessica practices in Family Law, Criminal Law, Domestic Violence Law, and Child Protection Law. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
She is passionate about achieving justice and takes pride in assisting Stolar Law’s clients through what can be one of the most difficult and stressful times in their lives and is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for families.
Jessica has experience representing clients in criminal matters in the District and Magistrates Courts and has also successfully represented clients in Child Protection applications withdrawn by the Director of Child Protection Litigation, which constitute fewer than five percent of all Child Protection applications.
She is dedicated to her work at Stolar Law and enjoys working closely with Stolar Law’s team to ensure that every client feels comfortable and confident in their legal representation.

Dr. MICHAEL KRAKAT

Dr. Michael B. Krakat is an Australian legal practitioner focusing on Migration Law and policy, with a comparative view on researching international investor migration, naturalization, residence and citizenship. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Australian High Court.

Mr. Krakat is also a published author, lecturer and regional course coordinator, curriculum designer, and research supervisor at the University of the South Pacific, Vanuatu/Fiji. There, he teaches comparative regional Public law subjects (Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, and Public International Law), including the Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions.

Michael has worked at various firms in private practice. A passionate community worker, Michael has been performing a supervisory role at legal justice centres, including Bond University’s Immigration Law Clinic and the Refugee and Immigration Legal Service in Brisbane.

David Tran holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has over 20 years of Administrative Law and AAT experience by working as a Senior Advisor for the Federal Government.

David’s interests span other areas of law including Migration Law, Commercial & Corporation Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Succession Law, and Family Law.

David is fluent in Vietnamese and understands the reliance his clients have of him. He strives to advance the clients’ interests in a friendly, pragmatic and efficient manner.
